Welcome to Emmanuel Christian School! We would love to have you stop by during our business hours, which are 8:00AM – 3:00PM Monday through Friday, except for Thursdays which begin at 9:00. If you are interested in enrolling, call or email the office at 301-582-0368 or ecsoffice@ecs.school.
Mission
Emmanuel Christian School is designed to assist the Christian home in the responsibility of training children in a Christ-centered philosophy of life and thereby help raise up the next generation of Godly leaders.
Our Purpose
Emmanuel Christian School has been founded as an educational ministry of Emmanuel Baptist Temple, consisting of kindergarten, elementary, junior high, and senior high levels. ECS is concerned with the spiritual progress, social development, and intellectual growth of its students.
ECS desires to graduate young men and women who are academically sound, patriotic, socially refined, and so biblically knowledgeable that they will live their lives based on biblical principles and, in so doing, discover and do God’s will for their lives.

I work in the church office which is in the same building, so I have the privilege of being able to interact with the teachers and students on occasion. They are an encouragement to me! The main goal of the school is to instill godly character and see that students have a personal relationship with Christ, while also providing excellent academics.
